1Acceptance of terms

The App is part of the Bosla transport management platform. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply in addition to any agreement between Bosla and the organization that provides you access to the App.

2Licence to use the App

Subject to these Terms, Bosla grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your organization's legitimate transport and logistics operations. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, sublicense or create derivative works of the App.

3Accounts & access

Access to the App is typically provisioned by the operator, carrier or employer you work with. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend access where credentials are shared, compromised or misused.

4Acceptable use

You agree to use the App lawfully and only for its intended operational purpose. You must not:

• Enter false, misleading or fraudulent shipment, trip, delivery or location information.
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
• Operate the App while driving or in any manner that compromises road safety.

5Location & device data

The App relies on GPS and device location to provide real-time tracking, geofence-based status updates, route information and estimated arrival times. By using the App during active duty, you consent to the collection and processing of location, trip and device data for these operational purposes. Location data may be shared with the operator or customer responsible for the relevant shipment.

6Data & privacy

Our handling of personal and operational data is described in our Privacy Policy. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and at rest and role-based access controls. Operational records may be retained as required for service delivery, compliance and audit purposes.

7Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, content, trademarks and the "bosla" name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Bosla and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited licence set out in these Terms.

8Third-party services

The App may use third-party services such as mapping, location and cloud providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. Bosla is not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party services.

9Availability & changes

We work to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and may require you to install updates to continue using the App.

10Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of estimated arrival times or location data. Operational decisions remain the responsibility of the operator and its personnel.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bosla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

12Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms, if your access is withdrawn by the organization that provisioned it, or as required to protect the platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
